Holopraxis
The practice of the Whole
Holotheism is not only a way of seeing. It must become a way of acting, repeated daily, until the orientation becomes structural. That lived conduct is Holopraxis — the framework operating in ordinary life.
Read the handbook →The daily question is not: How do I avoid the field? It is: What does Proper Relation require from me here, with this body, this knowledge, this capacity, this consequence, and this moment?
Today · Monthly
The recurrence test
Consider the life you are living now — its choices, omissions, daily form, repetitions, silences. With full awareness of what it costs and what it contains, would you consent to live it again unchanged, indefinitely? Not whether it has been pleasant. Whether it has been yours.
Marker · If you cannot name at least three practices or choices you would genuinely affirm under honest repetition, Holotheism is still vocabulary.
From chapter 97 →The eight practices
From chapter 97. Operational, not decorative. Each has a marker.
1 · Daily
Ten-minute self-examination
At the end of the day, identify one moment you acted from automatic conditioning and one moment you chose consciously. Write both down without editorial comment.
2 · Weekly
Attention audit
At the end of the week, estimate how many hours of attention were self-directed versus managed by algorithms, reactive emotion, social pressure, or habit.
3 · Daily
The speech test
Apply this to a single conversation today. Before speaking, ask: does this serve truth, or does it serve impression? Say nothing that fails the test.
4 · Monthly
Pattern interruption
Identify one habitual response — a reaction, an avoidance, a way of handling conflict, fatigue, or desire — that recurs without being chosen. Interrupt it once, deliberately, and observe what follows.
5 · Weekly
Values accounting
Name three choices made this week from a considered value rather than from conditioning, convenience, or pressure. If three cannot be named, the week was not lived at the level this framework requires.
6 · Monthly
The recurrence test
Consider the life you are living now — its choices, omissions, daily form, repetitions, silences. With full awareness of what it costs and what it contains, would you consent to live it again unchanged, indefinitely? Not whether it has been pleasant. Whether it has been yours.
7 · Daily
Proper Relation audit
Apply this to one concrete act today. Did this choice steal from or destroy another being’s life, peace, time, reality, dignity, property, freedom, or conditions of flourishing? Did it conceal truth in a way that limited informed choice? Did it preserve proper boundaries while refusing predation?
8 · When needed
Teaching under pressure
Whenever crisis, humiliation, desire, fatigue, fear, or conflict has exposed you, ask: which principle remained available under pressure, and which principle vanished when it was needed?
